* Method: For all cDNAs reported by Sze Lab [those not labeled with an "(R)" for Riken cDNA], the cDNA was obtained by RT of pollen RNA and the AtCHX## cDNA was amplified using gene specific primers flanking the predicted ORF. The cDNAs were cloned into a yeast expression vector to generate a fusion protein. Therefore, all sequences lack the 5'-UTR and 3'-UTR, and some lack 5-30 bp at the 3' end of the coding sequence (including the stop codon) for vector construction. Therefore, please use our AtCHX Protein Seq. Fasta File for full-length protein sequences rather than the protein sequences generated in the GenBank files linked above.
