Welcome to the American Society for Microbiology homepage
At the University of Maryland at College Park.
| The
American Society for Microbiology (ASM) is dedicated to furthering education
and creativity in microbiology, and providing an open forum for student-faculty
communication, as well as the opportunity for student activities and social
events. We are the campus chapter of the National American Society for
Microbiology and our goal is to get more information out to microbiology
students and to get them excited about the field of microbiology. We have
welcomed students from other areas of study and more are welcomed to join
us. Membership is open to all students interested.
