This course is designed with the goal to invigorate interests in modern plant biology by discussions of RECENT publications that are of highest impact and hold interests of a broad audience. This semester, we have also incorporated a career series, with four speakers from government, academia, primarily undergraduate institutions, and industry/law. For journal presentation, the format will be primarily student/postdoc presentations followed by discussions.
