Proteomics Core

The Proteomics Core is located in room 2219 of the new Bioscience Research Building. The facility will be up and running by mid-September 2008. The Core contains a ThermoFinnigan LTQ Orbitrap with Accela HPLC, the latest development in commercial mass analyzers. Future services offered by the facility include protein molecular weight determination, 2D gel electrophoresis and MALDI-TOF.
